Candidate Screening: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess
candidate qualifications to ensure they meet job requirements.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and organize interviews, ensuring a smooth process
for both the candidate and the hiring manager. Provide feedback and suggestions based
on initial interviews.
Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining regular
communication and providing updates throughout the hiring process.
Offer & Negotiation: Extend job oƯers to selected candidates, and assist with
negotiation of terms when necessary.
Onboarding: Support the HR team in coordinating the onboarding process for new
hires.
Compliance: Ensure recruitment and hiring practices are in compliance with company
policies and legal regulations
Qualifications:
Any Graduate
Proven experience as a recruiter or in HR, with at least 0-1 years of experience.
Strong understanding of recruitment practices, tools, and technologies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
High level of organization and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft OƯice Suite and HR software (e.g., applicant tracking systems,
HRIS).
Preferred Skills:
Experience in recruiting for a variety of positions (technical, managerial, etc.)
Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
Knowledge of interview techniques and candidate evaluation methods.
Possess strong headhunting expertise, including sourcing passive candidates, along with indepth knowledge of the full recruitment process.
Experience in recruiting for talent solution and technology roles is highly advantageous.
Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to fulfil the organization's
hiring needs and support its growth objectives.
Utilize your extensive experience in headhunting to identify proactively and engage with
passive candidates in the industry, establishing and nurturing relationships for future
opportunities.
Source potential candidates through various channels, including online job portals,
professional networks, social media platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport with
candidates and eƯectively communicate.
Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process and build strong relationships with candidates
and networks to enhance talent sourcing and recruitment
Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates through resume reviews, phone

cultural fit.
Coordinate and conduct comprehensive interviews with shortlisted candidates, including
